Our events

At Immersive Denver, we want to see Colorado’s immersive community recognized as one of the top in the world, a goal we pursue through a triple emphasis on education, community-building, and generating opportunities for collaborative immersive work. Learn more about our past events via this dropdown, which links to pages where you’ll find videos, resources, and other materials free for use. To help us keep our work open to all, we’d appreciate attribution if you benefit from or re-distribute these materials.

In November 2018 we hosted the first-ever Denver Immersive Summit.

In August 2019 in partnership with DCPA Off-Center we invited the Mile High immersive community together for a celebratory year-in-review of where we’ve been as well as some inspiring ideas for where we’re headed. Nordic larp scholar Jaakko Stenros keynoted this event.

In January 2020 we presented an evening of resource-sharing and skills-building around universal and accessible immersive design, in partnership with DCPA Off-Center. Check out videos from this event and our immersive accessible design guide here.
